Low-orbit laser platform paired with three ground PAFs (Attritus I/II/III). Activate by aligning all three PAFs, securing keycards from each, and inserting battery packs. Fired laser unlocks underground mining bands on the surface below.

OLP behavior is consistent across the series: each platform is paired with three ground PAFs, alignment unlocks the firing sequence, the laser unlocks resource access on the surface below. Known live issues in 4.8 with battery spawns and alignment blade interactions; check community Discord for current bugs.
